So if you already buy your alfredo sauce for the store and you’re thinking it’s not that big of a deal to have a healthy option versus what you already have I dare you to try this recipe it’s gonna blow your mind if you take a look at the back of those jars even for the good stuff these are the ingredients you’re gonna see then we used to also use the powdered stuff these are the ingredients you’re gonna have on the back of that panel.
So today I’m gonna show you how to make this using four ingredients and it’s so easy and delicious and just as good for reals it’s so simple we need cottage cheese Parmesan cheese milk and garlic powder that is it that’s all we need all right so we need everything to be nice and smooth and a blender works perfectly for this so grab your blender and add in your cottage cheese followed by your Parmesan cheese your milk of choice.
I use unsweetened almond milk but whatever one you want is cool and some garlic powder instead of garlic powder you can always add in a fresh clove of garlic I like garlic powder in this sauce because it’s not as strong and it this kind of subtle garlic flavor and then blend this mixture until it’s nice and smooth and creamy and that’s seriously like the hardest part of this whole recipe now heat a saucepan over medium-high heat.
